CLEMATIS
The Walled Garden at Wemyss is home to an unofficial collection of Montana clematis with over fifty varieties and many hundreds of plants.
Early-flowering and vigorous, the clematis scramble up walls and wind their way through trees, hedges and gates, bursting with star-shaped flowers.
There are often a small selection of clematis plants for sale at the gardens. Please ask for details when you visit.
